Where's AI based Enhance speech in Pr 2024 the reviewers are talking about?

Watched some revievews of Premiere Pro 2024 features and there's info that AI based Enhance speech is added but there's no such feature in mine. Are they mistaken or is it my Premiere Pro that has not fully updated?

    Do you happen to know if it will support languages other than English (right now the tool adds english words and english accent to my native language if applied)?
