Zooming on a still image causes jitters and jumps

When I zoom out of this still image it stutters and jumps like crazy, is there any fix? Here's the export settings. Using software render only

Turn off max render and max depth and try again.

If that does not work, use the Transform effect instead.

Might want to use a higher framerate.
