Air Browser Based Help: "Click here to show TOC/index" link when opening htm files?

Hi

I'm testing out the Air Browser Based Help, and I'm missing the "display TOC/index" link in topics.

In the "regular" WebHelp, you could open any htm file in the WebHelp output (i.e not the main help htm file) and the page would display a link at the top, which would display the proper WebHelp framework when clicked (TOC, index, toolbar etc). I think this was an ActiveX control, since IE would display a security warning.

Is there no such functionality in Air Browser Based Help?

Br,

Torgeir

Browser based AIR Help uses Flash so if you open a topic direct you are by-passing that and get just a web page. So sorry but you need to open the help via the start page. Maybe your pages could have a link to the start page of the help but that would not leave the user in the page they were in.

What you want could perhaps be achieved with some functionality added by Adobe but that would take a feature request.

The more people who report a bug or request a feature, the more likely it is to be actioned. Please follow this link.
