Can a project be removed from Source Control, then re-added?

No response to last post... so I will ask this instead.

Since we no longer have the password for the account controlling the source control, can we instead remove the project from source control - then place it back under source control - establishing a new user name & password? Some folks here are not comfortable leaving the project open.

Hi,
Yes, you can remove the project from source control and then add it back into another database created on the Robosource Control Server.
I have done this successfully in the past.
