Using robohelp server in lamp CMS

Hi:  I'm working on websites in server 2008, dnn ce.  I need to know if RH server will also work with our LAMP expressionengine site.

Hi:

The website is in most current versions of Ubuntu linux, apache, mysql, apache php and expressionengine cms Your help is greatly appreciated.
