2024 New Acrobat - Adding Attachments to E-Signature

Hey Everyone,

I'm working on sending a contract packet out to a client with the new adobe acrobat pro version and it does not allow me to add attachments to the contract after E-Sign fields are filled out.

The old version of Adobe would allow the user to set up the sign fields. Click "Next" and add attachments & CC others after the fact. That seems to no longer exist.

I reached out to support for this answer and said the ONLY way to send a contract with supplemental documents is to merge EVERTHING, then use the fill & sign feature. This, for my business, can potentially make that one document over 300 pages...

They only need to sign on 4 pages of the contract and have the other documents for their records and legal purposes.

Someone please tell me my support person was wrong and I can actually just add attachments.

One workaround I found was to revert back to the old version, but I'm concerned Adobe will eventually stop supporting the old version at some point.

Yes I am furstrated by this change as well as always used to add documents for tenants records and legal purposes.  VERY frustrating, please allow us to do this again!
