90% black not setting to overprint

Hello, using a pdf fix up to set all black text and vector to overprint. 
The 90% black tint doesn't seem to take the overprint fix but it does work if you set it indesign. 

 

It's not feasable for us to go and update all the object fills and linked vector (hence using the overprint fix). Any ideas on how to fix this?

    What settings did you use to create the new apply to? I tried with this.

    Just found that setting in a different sub group of the fixes... i'm sure they used to be all together.
