Accessibility on Generated PDF's

Hi, I am working on accessibility on dynamically generated PDFs. Kindly suggest an accessible HTML template (with a table) to generate an accessible PDF. And generated PDF from that template should be accessible and pass all the accessibility rules of Acrobat Reader Pro DC.
