I realize its an old program but I need a direct link to download it. I lost my install disk for Pro 9.  I have my serial number just need to install it. Navigating around the website to find an old link is impossible.

Adobe doesn't offer direct links to installers of older versions any longer. You need to contact Adobe Customer Care and ask them to send it to you.

I was wondering if anyone has a download link for Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro?  I know the standard answer from Adobe is "They no longer support it". Im not asking for support, just a download. And I HATE software maintenance charges by the month. Got cha by the shorts!!!!

Adobe stopped offering that, too. And you can still get a perpetual license for Acrobat, without a monthly/yearly subscription, but they are doing their best to hide it, it seems...

I contacted adobe customer care  for a problem with incompatible adobe pro9 with mac catalina. not supportive 😞 and customer care is not caring about us with this problem. adobe should upgrade it for us free of charge for full licenc one time payment. customer voice should be heared !

Why should they? You're using a very old version that's not supported any longer. They offer discounted upgrade prices for two versions back from the current one, normally, but yours is about 5 versions back. At some point there needs to be a cut-off for upgrade eligibility. Also, the fact this application can't run on Catalina is purely Apple's doing. If you upgrade your OS you need to take into account that you might also need to upgrade the applications you're running on it, especially if it's such a drastic change like Catalina.

Yikes. Touched a nerve. Some of us can't afford to upgrade, no matter how cheap it is or what discounts they offer.
