"Acrobat cannot start the image/object editing application you've specified ... "

Hi Community, 

I am using Adobe CC and have an up to date Acrobat. 

When editing objects I'm getting the "Adobe Acrobat cannot start the object editing application you've specified. Verify the object editing application location on the Content Editing panel in Preferences."

The locations are checked and are all fine.  

This seems to be the same issue as shown here back in 2016 for Acrobat X

Does anyone have any ideas about how to fix this? Thanks
