Acrobat Failed to Connect SharePoint as Browser Not Supported

I used to connect to a third-party SharePoint site / library in Acrobat. Trying to reconnect after verification on MS Authenticator, a warning window popped out from Acrobat that the browser (assume it the one used by Acrobat) was no more supported. It never prompted before.

I can still access that SharePoint site / library as normal from MS Edge and Chrome. Such error means the total failure between Acrobat with all connected / to-be-connected SharePoint for me.

Is anyone in Adobe aware of this and any suggestion please?

Thanks.

Hi there

I hope this message finds you well.

If you are encountering issues with a work computer that is managed by your company's IT department, we recommend that you contact your IT administrator directly. They have the necessary access to submit a support ticket through the Admin console. This process ensures that your issue is promptly and effectively addressed by the dedicated support team.

Regards,

Amal

Thanks Amal. Will do.

Were you saying it could be an admin / organization-specific configuration issue rather than a product issue? I wish I could point them to the potential direction so those tickets won't be close as no solution. You know big companies.

I am not trying to find a direct judgement but possible directions only. Most appreciated.
