Acrobat Premium not working on Windows laptop

I purchased Acrobat Premium using the app store on my iPad.  When I try to use Acrobat on my Surface (windows) laptop, it keeps asking me to upgrade to Acrobat Pro (which is $$). Does this mean I can't use my paid Acrobat features on my laptop? Must I buy TWO paid annual licenses? And yes, I am logged in to my Premium account when it asks me to upgrade to Pro.
