Acrobat Pro 2020 serial number not releasing for a new install

I signed out of Acrobat Pro 2020 on my old laptop and signed in on my new laptop, but I am only given an option for Pro/Std 2017 and Std 2020 which I believe is for an old serial number from when I used Pro 2017. It seems like signing out of Pro 2020 on my old laptop did not release the serial number for use on the new computer.

 

How is this fixed?

    You probably have an upgrade license, which means you must enter the S/N of a previous full license to be able to use it.
