Question

Acrobat Pro-64 bit Win10 looks like Win7 or earlier

Not an issue, just for conversation:

I have the latest Acrobat Pro on Win10, 64-bit. The Windows OS window looks like I am still under Win7. All other Adobe apps look as expected.

Is that just me?

Hi @Eric Dumas

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

What is the workflow/steps you are doing when you experience this issue? A small video recording would be beneficial.

Would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html , Procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html  and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud, generate the link, and share that link with us for further investigation.

Regards
Amal

I just start the application and it looks like that.

Again, not an issue as the software works as expected, just wondering and opening the conversation.
