Acrobat Pro - OCR crashes on specific page in document

Hello,I am working with an end user w/ 64 bit Adobe Acrobat Pro who is having some Adobe problems where the OCR feature will cause Adobe to crash when scanning a specific page. The page itself is similiar to pages before and after it. I have checked for updates in Adobe + Windows + laptop firmware, I've ran repairs on Adobe, I've adjusted the OCR settings and lowered the resolution, but the issues of it crashing on specific pages still occur. Are there other settings I can review/adjust, or something on the document itself I can review/adjust to help prevent it crashing when attempting to perform the OCR?

The specific page also crashes Acrobat when the page is scanned, let's say as a tiff file, imported into Acrobat and then OCRed? Did you try OCR on a different computer?
