Acrobat Pro plan not ahowing in account

I have an educator's creative cloud subscription and when I realised Acrobat Pro wasn't included I clicked 'buy now' to see how much it costs.  Pro has been added (without me consciously chosing a pricing option - all were too expensive) so I need to cancel it.  However, I can't an acrobat Pro subscription it in my account so how can I cancel it?
