Acrobat Standard Dc - Help with Tabs

Do you know of anyone that answers (quick) questions on using Acrobat Standard DC. I am more than happy to pay for such service.

Currently I am having trouble with tabs flowwing from one page to the next. The tab numbes start at 1 agian on page two

What software do you use to produce your PDF document. Tabs are normally nit what I would connect with PDF files. PDF files do not have kowledge of tabs, and Acrobat surly won't (re)flow anyting.
