Adobe Acrobat pro carshes after editing files

Question

Hello,we have a problem when I edit files in Acrobat Pro. I can open the file and after about 20-30 seconds adobe crashes with no error code. The files are around 5 MB in size. Other PDF editors work fine, we have tried several things, that are mentioned in other forum posts.(Windows 10, newest version of acrobat pro).- fresh installation of adobe.- disable all security and advanced security options- disable online sync with cloud- disable thumbnail preview- disable run in app container

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
