ADOBE ACROBAT WONT LAUNCH PROPERLY

I re-installed adobe acrobat, after I was having issues with no being able to customize my toolbar. Now, the software will either open to a black screen and crash immediately or give me a black screen with the error message "An internal error has occured". I have re-installed and uninstalled several times, tried running as administrator, running in compatibility mode, opened the eula.exe and accepted, and have used acrocleaner and cc cleaner tool; None of these worked. What should I do now?
