Adobe reader issue

My Adobe acrobat doesn't display correctly. When I fill pdf form I cannot save it. I cannot uninstall it as well. Reinstallation did not make any change at all. I don't even know how do describe this issue. Please see the image I have attached which provides better information of the issue than my description.
