Question

Adobe's inflexible subscription plans

Why won't Adobe allow customers to configure plans that suit them? I only currently require 2 Adobe apps: Acrobat and Lightroom. I'd like to purchase a plan with just these two (with the option of adding others later). As it is, I can only get Lightroom if I get the full photography plan, including Photoshop, which I don't really need. I would gladly trade Photoshop for Acrobat.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support.
Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen or through Twiter: @AdobeCare - https://twitter.com/AdobeCare
If the chat window fails to open, then use a different device.
There is no email support, so beware of scammers.

You are posting this in the "Adobe Community" forum, which means you are reaching mostly other users of Adobe's software. If you want to report something directly to Adobe, you can do this here: http://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

I posted here  because this is not just a personal problem of mine, but potentially of concern to all Adobe users. I'm hoping others, if they agree, can help to urge Adobe to consider a new plan and pricing strategy. I supposed that Adobe would welcome such a discussion, even if you don't agree with the premise.
