Adobe stamp tool 'bleeds through the page'

I check reports that are hundreds of pages long using the adobe fill& sign tool. 

I often get an error that causes something I've written to show up multiple times, like the digital version of a pen bleeding through multiple pages. For example, if I wrote this on page 1, it might show up identically on page 3, 45, 200, etc. 

Is there a way to fix this in the document once it starts? Once you see it, it will definitely happen the rest of the time that you are checking the document.
