All I want to do is cancel

I am so frustrated. Adobe has me signed up for some trial through my school that I cannot cancel and I think I just signed up for another free trial. All I get is the virtual assistant which does nothing. There is no Cancel tab plan. Sup[posedly I have an existing plan, yet I am unable to even delete a page from a pdf in Acrobat pro. I've been on the internet for an hour with ZERO help from adobe. I can't get a human anywhere. I really hate this lack of any user-friend;y customer service. You make is SOOOO easy to sign up but a nightmare to try and get any information about what my account does or how to cancel it. Augghhhhh!!!!!

Adobe does not sign up someone for a trial or something else. Users do. Users need to cancel.

If it is really “through your school”, you need to contact your school IT support to cancel that.

If it is an individual subscription (and not, as your wording suggests, a school subscription), you can cancel by yourself. Just go visit https://account.adobe.com/plans and click manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.

If that doesn't work, you will need to contact Adobe customer service. After answering the initial questions, type “agent” to get an Adobe agent on the line. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.
