ANNOUNCEMENT: New Doc Box Plugin Available

Intertrust has released an updated version of its Doc Box plugin for Adobe Acrobat 5.0 and Acrobat Reader 5.0.

Users that require the Intertrust digital rights management system in order to open secure pdf files are encouraged to download the new plugin. This new plugin also fixes problems for people who had system or debugger conflicts with the Doc Box plugin.

NOTE: This update is not supported on Windows 95. If you are using Windows 95 and are having issues with DocBox.api, simply remove any and all instances of this plugin. You can find the plugin by doing a search for "docbox.api" on your system.

    Hi,
Using IE 5.5 in Windows 95
Downloaded Acrobat Reader 5.0 successfully but can't open it. As it is opening, the following details are given with the error message that says the program has performed an illegal operation, and the program shuts down.

Downloaded new DOC Box Plugin successfully. No Luck.

you never did ask but the J Brown listed on the credits of take it easy was Jackson Browne.

he was living in the same apartment as Glen Fry but decided not to join the Eagles.

he did write the majority of take it easy.

    Dunstan:

That was refreshingly polite, thank you. Please review this entire thread, as I think your answer has already been posted five or six times. That is, Acrobat 5.0 is not for Win95A and the recommendation around here is not to use it with Win95B, either. In the either case, though, you have to at least delete all instances of files named docbox.api from your computer.

    Best regards,

    Sean
