Blue update banner crashes Acrobat and won't go away

Just thought I would try "New" Acrobat Pro.

Now there is constantly this blue banner prompting me to update for an AI beta. There is no way to dismiss this bar, and when I click the Restart Acrobat button, Acrobat crashes every time. Any suggestions on what I can do, or is "New" Acrobat really this janky? I just need the blue banner GONE.
