Can I formulate a field so that the information shows up the same on every page?

Hello!

I have a question.  On a PDF document I am working on there is a header that contains basic information (name, title, phone number, etc).  It's supposed to be at the top of each page.  Is there a way to formulate the fields on each page so that when they enter it on the first page it automatically shows up on the subsequent pages?

I'd like it so that the user does not have to re-type the information in the header on each page.

Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Give the fields the same name and they'll automatically have the same value.

You can even use the Duplicate Across Pages command (right-click a field in Form Edit mode to see it) to generate an exact copy of that field in the same location on the page on multiple pages.
