Can't Attach files

I can't attache files to my emails they come as links, the receipents of the files don't see these links.  Can we please go back to the old way.  I have also had people say they can't open them they aren't on my file system or something like that. This is not good. I have spent hours trying to find the answers.  Please fix this.

This sounds more like an issue with your email client. Acrobat doesn't decide how files are sent.

Can you give more information: like your System; what email client you are using (e.g. Apple Mail or Microsoft Outlook. web-based, etc)

Hi:

Thank you for writing back. After trial, error & frustration, I found you must click “NO” on “Cloud Storage”, then the files attach with the normal PDF icon and not a link. It's been very confusing. So I guess that's that's the answer. Why would anyone want a link over an icon?
