Can't email from within Acrobat

I have brand new installations of Acrobat Pro and Outlook on a Windows 11 Proc computer and whenever I try to email from within Acrobat I get a white rectangle with a swirling blue circle. 

Does anyone know how to fix this, please?

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)?
