I can't write number 4 in note Adobe Acrobat 22.003.20322.

It is very unclear what you meant by writing a number in "note".

Maybe you meant that you couldn't copy and paste, or couldn't type in the digit 4 while editting an comment or annotation?

OR,

Did you mean to say that you cannot copy static content (like text) from the PDF and paste it to Notepad (and vice versa).

Other questions of interest are:

What is the keyboard's locale and regional settings configured as in your operating system?

which operating system?

When you say "cannot write" do you mean the action of typing digits using your keyboard or a different touchpad device?

Is this happening with other programs, like Microsoft Word or Excel?

If yes, check if the keyboard key for number 4 is working correctly (that is not dirty underneath and not making appropriapte contact); or swithc to another good-known working keyboard.

same problem here with spanish keyboard. Editing a PDF, or adding a note, cannot write number "4". Using latest version 2023.003.20284

Are you able to test or confirm if this is happening on a desktop computer (and which operating system and version is on it),

OR,

Is it happening only on a Notebook or Laptop computer device (specify make and mod and the operating system and version running in them) .

NOTE:

Just for troubleshooting purposes, if the issue is showing on a laptop or a notebook computer (but not on a desktop computer), what happens if you plug in an USB keyboard to the notebook and deactivate the notebook's keyboard pad?

OR,

What happens if you are able to deactivate the Function keys features directly from the notebook's BIOS, and leave it only with the F1 through F12 keys basic functionality (i.e. no media, audio, or web functions)?
