Cancelled creative subscription now I cant print from adobe reader

Hello

 

Tried creative studio, didn't like it then cancelled creative studio, now I find I cannot print any pdf files sent to me from other people in acrobat reader.

 

Restarted computer.

Repair ineffective.

Configuration changes within reader ineffective.

    Hope you are doing well, and sorry to hear that

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

     

    What happens when you try to print the PDF file? Do you get any error message? if yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

    What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.3.20281 (Mac) or 22.3.20282 (Win) installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

     

    Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

    Also, please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html  and see if that works.

    Hello

     

    Have downloaded it from the email and tried to print again.

     

    Result:

    1. Only function I can get to work is print current page.

    2. the print all pages fails with a little telephone jingle(bring) immediately, and no print out, queue is cleared.

    3. The print by page numbers fails, same immediate bring sound, no print out, queue is cleared.

    4. There might be something wrong with that particular pdf as another pdf prints.

     

    However, how can print current page work, yet, print all, not work? Visually nothing appears wrong with the pdf.
