Hello - how can i change the background color of this selected rectangle in the attached screenshot using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI?

Change it in the original and re-create the PDF file.

What do you mean by "change it in the original"?
I am just opening the pdf and then want to change it.
And i can´t find the option where i can do the described change in Pro XI on Windows
