Conflicted file in the file name?

I have a question, I am using google drive to store my pdf's and when I open them up in Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 and save them using the save button with the cloud and disk I am getting several files of the same name with a "conflicted" notation to the right of the name of the file.  It is very frustrating to say the least, having to go back and figure out which one is the correct one.   Is there a fix or something that I am doing that is wrong.
