I cannot use the °save as reduced° function. I get an error message:

 

    Correct answer Abambo

    OS: Windows 11 (latest updates installed)

    Acrobat DC: 2023.006.02380 64-bit

    Saved only on local computer, not on cloud or network


    Try doing the operation with protected mode off. You can set that off and on in the properties.

        Now that you answered the obvious:

        • what is your OS and version
        • what is your Acrobat version (please the exact version number)
        • is the space where you try to save a NAS or similar or is it a local space.
        • if it is a network drive, could you try saving to a local drive?
