correct serial number shows invalid

Hi

I have Adobe acrobat pro 2017 license that still supposed to be active but doesn’t work and when I try to login (and I tried to change password), it is requesting my serial number (that should expired only on Nov 2023) and when I put it in it says it is not valid and won't let me in.

I actually had the same issue and just talked with someone in licensing and these serial numbers actually expired on 9-1-2023 and not Nov that was stated in the Tech Soup Email. you can still get 2020 licenses from tech soup that will expire in 2026, can't remember the month.

Serial numbers don't expire. What exactly did you purchase, and from whom?

Ah, it's a donated license... That makes more sense.

At any rate, you will need to contact Adobe directly for help with this issue.
