Creating Searchable PDF's documents

We scan trianing records that people sign and want to add a text box to the PDF file to make it searchable from the network search box.

 

We had used form and Fill - added the peoples names and it worked for a couple weeks, then it stopped.

 

Dont know if a network update stopped it from working?

 

any ideas how to add a text box to a form to make it searchable?

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delay in response.

    Could you please describe the process of making a scanned file into a searchable one?

    You may notice that you can't search the text once you scan a paper document into a PDF file. Your scanner captures the pages as a flat image, meaning no text your PDF viewer can recognize. This can be a problem, especially with text-heavy documents.

     

    You must check your network setting to see if the files are syncing well or not.
