Cut in PDF

Hi,

Before the update of PDF we could cut a part of a plan to print. So the little mesurements of the plan didn't get blurred when we print it.
After the update it's not possibele anymore.
We payed for the upgrade but still if we want "cut out page" it's still not possible to print the part we've cutted out.
Can someone help?
