E-Signature adds % signs between words on the name of the file/PDF.

Hello, has anyone else had Acrobat adding % in the spaces of the title of a document? The resulting PDF then has evry word interlaves with a %. 
It doesn't seem to affect the document itself but it does create issues with sending the PDF to all parties.
