E-Signature box won't line up properly

Hi! When I try to prepare a form and add an esignature box to my document, I cannot align it properly to the correct spot of the document.  When I move my mouse to place the signature box, it moves in "chunks" rather than normal, smaller mouse pointer movements. How do I fix this? Thank you!
