Error on Acrobat AI

I have an EDU plan for Acrobat ai > while opening any file and using the ai feature > it gives the prompt to accept the terms and condition.
Post that when I click on accept it shows the error "you are not currently eligible to use the Acrobat Ai feature". I am on Windows 11
I have checked with my adobe account portal, there is an active plan for AI
>> Tried uninstalling/reinstalling > turned off VPN services
>> Performed manual clean up
>> Turned off 3rd party antivirus
>> switch to a different network
>> Checked with adobe team for region details
>> Rolled back Acrobat to Aug 2024 release

The issue still persist and i dont know what next to do
Please help!!

2. Email id used to sign in to the application

Acrobat version is 2024.003.20180
I would not be able to provide the email but it has an active license for both Acrobat Pro and AI assistant
