Error on "Convert files to a single PDF" with Ventura (MAC)

Acrobat Pro 23.0 on MacBook pro 15" i9 Monterey works fine.

I migrated my occount to MBP 16 M1Max with Ventura and I cannot use "combine file in a single PDF". It stops with a message "Impossible to convert file.png (or other format). Delete it and try" (I translate fron Italian).

Same files on MBP15 works fine (Acrobat convert all the files in a single PDF).

I think I solved it (I hope this can help someone):

On Acrobat Preferences - General - disable "Enable native OS mode for optimal performance".

Now it works fine!

Thanks Karl,

I hope I understand.

To solve the error on Acrobat version 2023.003.20201 on MBP16" M1 max with Ventura during the function "Combine files in a single PDF" (sometime il crashes, sometime appears the message "Impossible to convert file.png (or other format). Delete it and try", follow theese steps.

Go to Preferences - General - and disable "Enable native OS mode for optimal performance".

It works fine now!

See the attached file to disable the function (in IT language).

Thanks for posting the solution. To make it easier for others to find it, would you mind posting it as an actual comment? I can then select it as the correct solution, and that would make it obvious for others that this problem is solved.
