Having a paid account but I get the notice that I have nog licensed app

Since a while I constantly get the following message. It says that the Adobe App without license is deactivated. But I installed again and again. So I don't get it. I have logged in with my account, but still get this message. Frustrating. Does someone recognise this problem and knows what to do?

Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
