Having trouble uninstalling adobe acrobat desktop app v. 22.003.20258

Hi,

I am not able to unintsall adobe acrobat app. When I go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features

I see an option to either change or uninstall. Since unistall isnt working, I tried to check for option in change. But whne I hit change I get error "Fatal error during installtion"

I am unable to save any files in the current installed acrobat version (22.003.20258) and hence wanted to latest version. But I started seeing this error, which is blocking me. 

Please let me know what I need to do to uninstall this app.
