Hiding certain pages of a PDF form to one person but viewable to another person

Hi,

Is it possible to hide certain pages of a form to one person filling a PDF form but have them pages available to view to another person opening the same document

How do you identify the person? And can you guarentee that the PDF will only be used on the desktop Acrobat Pro or Reader?

I've created numerous froms before, but never templates, how do i go about creating these, or could you point me to some info as to how this is done.
