How can I deactivate a copy of Acrobat Pro X on a laptop I do not have anymore and reinstall it on a new laptop?

I have two registered copies of Acrobat Pro X. One is on a laptop I no longer have and I never had a chance to deactivate it. How can I have that copy deactivated and reinstalled on a new laptop I just purchased? I have the key in my Adobe profile....thanks.

Correct answer kglad

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and request an activation count reset.

ask for nothing else or you'll be refused.

kglad,

I know this reply is 7 years later, but I'm having the same issue with resetting my activations.  The Virtual Assistant is saying I need an active subscription to deactivate my Adobe Pro XI.  Any hope for me??
