It's a brand new install, just bought it and first screen is sign in and it does open the browser, signs in and ask you to close to the previous screen which is below. Doesn''t get past the script error even if you click yes.

Hi All,

Apologies for the trouble you are facing using Acrobat.  The issue is under investigation.

Meanwhile please try creating the following registry key and see if the issue is resolved and you can login successfully.

Setting registry

1. Open Registry Editor from Windows Start menu

2. Navigate to path Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2020\Activation

3. On the right side panel, right click and select New->DWORD

4. Type the name of the key, IsAcroLicCEFDisabled

5. Keep the value as 0

Post setting this registry, try launching Acrobat and login.

Regards

Ravi

Hi Ravi!

Unfortunately, that doesn't help. Do you have a solution for this?
