How to add password protection to multiple PDF files in batch in Acrobat XI

I would like to know if there is a function to add protection to a lot of multiple files at once?

No, but it's a feature only of the Pro version. You should upgrade if you want to be able to do it.

You can do it using an Action. Look under Tools - Action Wizard.
