How to keep using my licenced version of Adobe Acrobat 17

I have a licenced version of Adobe Acrobat 17 and upon installing on a new laptop an Adobe DC message comes up saying I need to enter a six digit code to continue use. The only code I have is the 24 digit serial number. I tried redownloading from my adobe account to no avail. It lets me run a 7 day trial. Can anyone assist?

Furthermore, I received a private email as follows:

"You can Directly send Email to our Adobe Customer Care Team Email A
AdobeCare.24x7@outlook.com and they will help you via Email.

Team Adobe"

which appears to be someone pupporting to be Adobe, trying to sell me the product.

Can someone from Adobe please identofy legitimacy? I seriously dount Adobe use an outlook address.

From what I have been able to find, Adobe is running the biggest scam! I have a licenced copy of Adobe Acrobat 17 that works on Windows 11 however Adobe dont appear to permit the licence to be enterred forcing users to repurchase the product as a subscription. No apparent access to customer service. Next step for me is the ACCC.

PS I did identify somewhere that I needed to ensure I was logged out of Adobe on the old laptop which I did to no avail.

And mine has been working fine until I got the notice that it was going to EXPIRE. And then it did quuit working because it says I need to buy a new license. Mine is only installed on my desktop. I still have the paperwork for the license.
