How to stop my comments from hiding when I search?

I have used the highliter tool to highlight an engineering drawing. When I do a search in the comment,s it hides all my comments except for those that match the search. Is there a way to keep Acrobat from hiding all my comments? Maybe just dim the rest of them down?
