Is this file legit ?

I blocked this file c:\program files (x86)\common files\adobe\arm\execute\15632\acroservicesupdater2_x64.exe from accessint the internet. I can not find anything on the web. The file is not there any gets randomly created in some randomly generated subfolder. What is this file and is it a legitimiate adobe file? It is not signed but I also don´t download any shady software so no idea where this would come from.
