Karbon is missing in all PDFs with no error message. The file I'm trying to change has no restrictions.

Hi there

It seems like to be a font issue. The font may not be available on your computer or you may not have the permission to use the font.

Please try to recreate the PDF from the original source file via Acobat Pro and see if that helps.

For more information please check out the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/pdf-fonts.html

Amal

Hi @Nitzan34060563su3i

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Do you get any error message when you try to change the font? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

Also check for any restrictions applied to the document. Open the PDF > Go to Document Properties (Ctrl+D) > Under the security tab > check the document restriction summary for any kind of restriction applied.

We are here for help, just need more information.
